Mission/Vision
Mission:
To foster a strong Lourdesian alumni brotherhood, unfazed by boundaries of time and space,
for the development of the studentry into christian citizens, in the spirit of Franciscan love and peace,
in the partnership with the alma mater, Lourdes School. Vision:
The attainment of the true bonding of the Lourdesian spirit among the hearts of the sons and daughters of Lourdes.

Our association is headed by the Board-of-Directors composed of 11 alumni coming from various batches. They are elected during the batch assembly held every year. The President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer of the association comes from the Board-of-Directors. The Board charts the direction of the association through the projects and activities being implemented as instructed through board resolutions. The Board meets every third Wednesday of the month.
The secretariat headed by the Executive Director with the assistance from Protocol Officer, Auditor and various Committee Heads are appointed by the Board through the recommendation of the President. They execute all the plans and programs of the association as directed by the Board-of-Directors. The secretariat meets within seven (7) days after the board meeting every month.
What are their functions?
• Executive Director - manages the alumni office and presides over the secretariat meeting. He directs the various committee heads and monitors their activities. He is the conduit of the association with the school. He reports to the Board during the monthly meeting.
• Protocol Officer - the assistant of the Executive Director. This is a new position intended to lessen the workload of the Executive Director. He is in-charge of getting all the permits regarding the usage of any school facilities for alumni purposes including the physical arrangements.
• Auditor - audits the expenses of the Board and the alumni office.
• Trade Chairman - takes care of all the merchandising items of the association. He is the person to talk to if anyone wants to supply any items for sale.
• Membership Chairman - takes care of the database of all members. All information about the alumni will be coursed through this committee for proper updates.
• Information Technology Chairman - takes care of the website and e-groups. Anything that is related to computer graphics, programs and other high-tech wannabes will be coursed through this committee.
• Ways and Means Chairman - in-charge of raising funds for our projects. Solicitations and other possible sources of funds will be coursed through this committee.
• Sports Chairman - schedules and programs all sports activities of the alumni. The Sons-of-Lourdes Goodwill Games (SOLGG) is one of its projects. He is in-charge also of coordinating with the school for any sports development.
• Projects Chairman - manages all the traditional and going-concern projects.
• Civic Action Chairman - our conduit for community service. This will handle all the medical/dental missions as well as health programs of the alumni.
• Public Relations Chairman - will take care of the tri-media for press releases and the activation of the alumni newsletter.
• Homecoming Chairman - in-charge of the annual homecoming as a culminating activity of the association.
• Ad-hoc committees will be also created according to its importance. It will be dissolved as soon as its objective is met.
